Kettas Social Sweep stakes Room – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kettas Social Sweep stakes Room (“the Venue”). By participating in our sweep stakes games, you agree to the following terms and conditions

 

 

1. Eligibility

 

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Valid photo ID may be required.Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Kettas Social are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Participation

 

Participation in sweep stakes games is voluntary.Each game may have specific rules provided at the Venue, which participants must follow.

Kettas Social reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual for misconduct or violation of rules.

 

3. Payout Limits

 

The maximum jackpot payout is $10,000.

The maximum daily payout per participant is $500.

Any winnings exceeding these limits will not be awarded.

Payouts are subject to verification and compliance with Texas law.

 

4. Game Rules

 

Games operate on a sweep stakes-based system and are not considered gambling under Texas law.  Participants are required to comply with all posted game rules, including the instructions for prize redemption.All games are final, and disputes will be resolved by Kettas Social management.

 

5. Prizes

 

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash beyond the stated payout limits.  Kettas Social reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

6. Responsible Participation

 

Participants are encouraged to play responsibly.  Kettas Social reserves the right to limit or suspend participation of any individual to ensure safe and fair play.

 

7. Liability

 

Kettas Social is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from participation in sweep stakes games.Participants agree to release and hold harmless Kettas Social and its employees from any claims related to sweep stakes participation.

 

8. Privacy

 

Personal information collected for sweep stakes participation will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable Texas law.

 

9. Modifications

 

Ketta’s Social reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel sweepstakes, game rules, and terms at any time without prior notice.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within Williamson County, Texas.
